walk with me.
when we walk began with a question:
What would happen if we removed ourselves from the structures and hierarchies of society, and walked side by side? What new ideas, relationships, and ways of being might emerge?
I have walked in nature since my first steps - through mountains, fields, deserts, and savannah. I’ve always been awed by the creative and transformational power of walking.
In 2024, I walked a portion of the Camino Santiago with twelve women — each from different walks of life. That journey planted a seed. I felt, more clearly than ever, that the world, stuck in a cycle of endless expansion and quiet disconnection, is longing for something deeper.
We need new ways to access meaning.
We need space to reconnect — to ourselves, to each other, and to what truly matters.
when we walk was born to meet that need.
To bring the transformative power of walking to more people.
To create sacred, liminal spaces — where movement becomes a catalyst for change.
For years, I’ve designed and facilitated transformational group experiences — from leading workshops at the Omega Institute, bringing together 100+ musicians in embodied improvisation, to facilitating innovation sessions for senior leaders at PepsiCo and the United Nations.
I bring all of that experience to these retreats — weaving structure with softness, presence with movement, and individual reflection with shared transformation.
At when we walk, we don’t rush.
We walk with intention.
We make space to come home — to ourselves, to each other, and to the ground beneath our feet.
